TIM MEADOWS BIO
One of the longest-running cast members in the 37-year history of SATURDAY
NIGHT LIVE, versatile comedian Tim Meadows crafted some of the series’ most
memorable characters during his 10 years on the popular late night show. Such
characters included Leon Phelps, The Ladies’ Man and Lionel Osbourne, host of the
fictional public affairs show, Perspectives, as well as uncanny impressions of OJ
Simpson, Ike Turner and Sammy Davis Jr. Meadows also played school principal in the
hit comedy MEAN GIRLS and recently co-starred with Adam Sandler and Chris Rock
in the blockbuster comedies GROWN UPS and GROWN UPS 2. He was most recently
on the NBC series MARRY ME starring as Casey Wilson’s father.

Ladies of the PIT is a high-energy, all-female show is full of powerhouse performers. With a monthly run at the Peoples Improv Theater (hey, that’s in the name), the show is able to showcase the talents of all of the women that make their home theater great- house team performers, staff, and interns. Started in January of this year, more than 65 unique ladies have performed in this show, including women from LA, Boston, and DC as part of our NYC Improv Festival Show. We were pleased to have guests join us from out of town. And let me tell you, these women swing their metaphorical dicks so hard that you can almost see ‘em.
The Big Bang is Boston style free-form that has been wowing New England audiences and at festivals around the world for years. The entire set moves seamlessly from one scene to the next at the rate of over a scene a minute all following the group play philosophy of "follow the funny". The show builds rapidly and culminates in a series of surprising and organic callbacks done through the unique editing styling and story telling of this Boston super-team.
